Recognized in 2021 as a National-Level Vocational Education Teaching Innovation Team (second batch), the Civil Engineering Inspection Technology Teaching Team has emerged as a leader in digital-age technical education. Building on our college's "Double High" specialty cluster and flagship Civil Engineering Inspection Technology program, the team pioneers innovative teaching methods that combine emerging technologies (cloud computing, IoT, big data, AI, and 5G) with specialized inspection techniques for Guizhou's challenging karst terrain infrastructure. Through localized applications of Beidou navigation, drone imaging, and fiber optic technologies, coupled with our unique "four-phase, eight-dimension" professional development system, we cultivate both digital teaching capabilities and cutting-edge technical application skills. This integrated approach has established our team as Guizhou's premier and nationally recognized faculty unit, particularly excelling in inspection education for critical infrastructure projects including high-pier bridges, extended tunnels, and super-tall structures in complex geological conditions.
