As a flagship department in our university's Specialized High-Level program with over 60 years of history, the Department of Automotive Engineering has established itself as a center of excellence in automotive education and research. We maintain a nationally recognized Teaching Innovation Team and lead Guizhou Province's Transportation Energy Efficiency research initiatives. Our innovative "Industry-Integrated, Progressive Training" model has successfully graduated nearly 10,000 skilled professionals who now serve in Guizhou's transportation sector, while our students have earned over 100 provincial and national competition awards, including 20+ at the national level. As a provincial model for integrated academic and leadership development through our "Dual-Leader" Faculty Party program, we continue to set the standard for combining technical education with comprehensive professional development.
