Department of Mechatronics Engineering spearheads industry-education innovation through two major partnerships: as Schneider Electric's only partner in Guizhou Province for green manufacturing training (one of 15 national demonstration sites), we collaborate with this global energy leader on curriculum development; and through our participation in the Ministry of Education-endorsed Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Program, we incorporate European vocational standards into our training system. Our flagship Mechatronics Technology program - a key component of the national "Smart Transportation for Mountainous Regions" specialty cluster - develops professionals skilled in integrated equipment installation/debugging, predictive maintenance systems, and technical service management for intelligent manufacturing applications in challenging terrain environments.
