The SF Express Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base is a collaborative training facility established between the Department of Logistics Engineering and SF Express. This innovative campus hub addresses the "last 100-meter" delivery challenge by handling parcel collection and distribution for multiple courier companies. Equipped with 5 training workstations, 12 smart parcel locker systems, and professional software including Express Supermarket and SF's proprietary management systems, the center provides comprehensive logistics training under SF Express's technical guidance.
Uniquely student-operated with full corporate oversight, the facility replicates real-world business operations with authentic organizational structures - featuring positions like store manager, team leaders, HR, finance, and equipment specialists. This enterprise-model approach immerses students in actual business management, corporate culture, and operational practices while developing their organizational, managerial, and entrepreneurial competencies. Through hands-on experience in this professional ecosystem, students gain practical industry knowledge and enhanced employability skills that bridge academic learning with market demands.
